A wardrobe of silence
For its autumn issue, Vogue Scandinavia invited Soren to photograph the season’s quietest collections — garments defined less by what they add than by what they leave out. The story was shot over two days on the west coast of Denmark, with a cast of first-time models found through street casting in Aarhus.
Working only with available light, the images trade spectacle for posture: a collar turned against the wind, a sleeve held at the wrist, a figure standing slightly too far from the frame’s centre.
